Nevertheless, Anthropic has, for the time being, refrained from accepting these offers. Just this past February, Anthropic successfully concluded its prior funding round, securing $30 billion and achieving a valuation of $380 billion. The latest financing initiative is being spearheaded by Coatue and GIC, with contributions from Microsoft, Nvidia, and additional investors. At present, negotiations are still in their nascent stages. Anthropic has previously shown reluctance towards financing proposals. The lofty valuations proposed by investors underscore the intense appetite for equity stakes in the company within Silicon Valley circles. On the Caplight platform, Anthropic's current valuation hovers around $688 billion, reflecting a 75% surge over the past three months. Anthropic is poised to go public as early as the fourth quarter of this year, with its rival OpenAI also eyeing a public listing by year's end. Anthropic's annualized revenue has soared past $30 billion, fueled by robust spending from enterprise clients. Last week, Anthropic unveiled its latest model, Mythos. Given the potential risks associated with cyberattacks, the model is not yet accessible to the general public, yet it continues to generate significant market buzz.
