At the 93rd China International Medical Equipment Fair (CMEF), JD Health unveiled an upgraded version of its ‘AI + Medical Devices’ strategy. This enhancement harnesses the power of JD JoyAI’s advanced large model and integrates it with JD’s proprietary intelligence technology, JoyInside, to propel the intelligent transformation of medical devices. During the fair, JD Health inked JoyInside integration agreements with 10 medical device brands, with plans to integrate 1 million devices within the next year and achieve RMB 20 billion in sales over the following three years, thereby constructing the world’s largest intelligent interconnected ecosystem for medical devices. The individual responsible for medical devices at JD Health remarked that, since 2025, the company has introduced a range of smart hardware products. With this strategic enhancement, JoyInside will empower medical devices with enhanced intelligent interaction capabilities. The first product to incorporate this integration, the Bangbang Car ‘Guardian Star’ C30 Ultra AI wheelchair, was also showcased at the event. Furthermore, JD Health launched the HomeCare service system, designed to offer users comprehensive health management services throughout their lifecycle.
