Although Mythos is a general-purpose model, it can easily identify vulnerabilities in operating systems and web browsers, posing a risk of being exploited by hackers to launch cyberattacks. In response, Anthropic launched 'Project Glasswing,' providing model access to companies like Amazon, Google, and Microsoft to detect and fix product vulnerabilities. The meeting highlighted U.S. regulators' concerns about potential cyberattacks triggered by AI models.
