On April 10, Beijing time, as reported by the Financial Times, Musk's xAI enterprise has initiated legal proceedings against a pioneering AI-related bill in Colorado. Scheduled to come into force this summer, this bill represents the inaugural state-level AI anti-discrimination law in the United States. Its primary objective is to curb discriminatory behaviors facilitated by AI systems in domains such as education and employment. However, xAI argues that the bill infringes upon the First Amendment, places undue constraints on the advancement and utilization of AI technology, and endeavors to impose the ideological perspectives of the state government.
