This new entity is a collaborative venture among Ningbo Energy, Zhejiang Lancheng Emergency Information Technology Co., Ltd., Unitree Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Seaport Investment and Operation Group Co., Ltd.
