Richinfo has announced its intention to acquire a 100% equity stake in ZhiChi Intelligent, a firm renowned for its expertise in generative AI voice agents. ZhiChi Intelligent has successfully secured a client base across various vertical sectors, including finance, automotive, and education, all of which demand high conversion rates. This acquisition represents a significant strategic move for Richinfo as it expands its footprint in the AI application domain. As per the performance agreement, ZhiChi Intelligent is committed to achieving a cumulative net profit of no less than RMB 84 million from 2026 to 2028.
