StepFun has officially rolled out its newest iteration, the Step 3.5 Flash 2603 model, which comes equipped with an innovative low reasoning mode. This new feature is now accessible to all users subscribed to the Step Plan. According to test outcomes, while operating under the standard reasoning mode, the model's reasoning capabilities maintain a consistent level, yet there is a notable 14% decrease in token usage. Furthermore, when the model is set to low reasoning mode, there is a substantial 56% reduction in token consumption.
