The latest two rounds constituted Pre-A financing, attracting investments from prominent entities such as Shokz and Grand Rising Capital, with Ever Kai Capital acting as the exclusive financial advisor. The company's founder, Zeng Xiaodong, alongside other key team members, brings a wealth of experience to the table, with the team comprising individuals from several renowned enterprises.

Ark Innovation firmly believes that artificial intelligence (AI) will profoundly permeate the hardware device sector in the near future. Consequently, the company is dedicated to constructing a next-generation AIOS framework for intelligent terminals through its EVA OS. The involvement of Shokz is anticipated to foster industrial synergies. Within a mere three months of its launch, EVA OS has been adopted by over 2,500 enterprises, and its consumer-facing (To C) products have also exhibited significant commercial potential.

Ark Innovation is poised to unveil a new generation of EVA OS, along with its inaugural native AIOS smart hardware, EVA Pi. Both investors and the financial advisor express a bullish outlook on the company's development prospects.
