According to the official WeChat account of EasyKey Capital, "Ark of Infinity" has recently wrapped up two rounds of Pre-A financing. Notable investors include Shokz, a well-known wearable device brand, as well as Guoruiyuan Fund, Hengsong Capital, and Shanghai Angels Club. Over the past year, the company has rapidly gone through four rounds of financing, amassing a total investment of hundreds of millions of yuan. The funds raised will be channeled primarily towards the ongoing enhancement of its proprietary AIOS (EVA OS) core capabilities, the iterative development of its product matrix, the cultivation of a developer ecosystem, and the acceleration of its commercialization efforts. EasyKey Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor for these two financing rounds.
