ByteDance's Seed initiative has embarked on a campus recruitment campaign aimed at identifying and hiring exceptional talents in the field of large-scale models, specifically targeting the brightest minds among the 2027 batch of fresh graduates as well as those currently serving as interns. This year, the Seed program is set to significantly ramp up its investment in talent acquisition, with plans to recruit around 100 highly skilled professionals in large-scale models from the 2027 graduating class on a global scale. Moreover, to enhance its long-term appeal and provide sustained motivation for these large-scale model talents, the program will introduce a 'virtual shares' incentive mechanism.
