Recently, Guangdong witnessed the official launch of the world's inaugural automated production line for humanoid robots, boasting an annual production capacity of 10,000 units. This groundbreaking line is the result of a collaborative effort between LEJU Robotics and Dongfang Precision, heralding a major leap forward in China's capacity for large-scale humanoid robot manufacturing.

The production line seamlessly integrates 24 meticulous assembly processes, 77 rigorous inspection items, and 41 automated tests, facilitating the assembly of one humanoid robot every 30 minutes. With an impressive annual output exceeding 10,000 units, it adheres to stringent automotive-grade delivery standards. Notably, the line is designed with a highly adaptable assembly framework, enabling the simultaneous production of various robot models. Additionally, it incorporates an advanced AI system for real-time scheduling and analysis, substantially boosting both production efficiency and product quality.
