He Rong, Minister of the Ministry of Justice, stated that this year's government legislative work will focus on four key areas: First, optimizing the business environment by formulating regulations for the construction of a unified national market; second, promoting technological innovation by accelerating research on legislation in areas such as artificial intelligence and low-altitude economy, revising the Road Traffic Safety Law, and formulating regulations on airspace management; third, safeguarding people's livelihoods by developing administrative regulations in areas such as water supply, pharmaceutical management, housing safety management, and road transport management; fourth, supporting high-level opening-up by accelerating foreign-related legislation and promoting trade, investment, and customs clearance facilitation.
