He advocated for expanding smart manufacturing and factory demonstrations, fostering AI-enabled industrial supply chain collaboration, and enhancing supply-demand alignment. Furthermore, he stressed the need to popularize AI-driven production process optimization, thereby positioning manufacturing as the central battleground for merging AI technological innovation with industrial advancement. Additionally, he called for facilitating synergies between government-guided funds and private capital, establishing specialized sub-funds targeting hard-core technologies and early-stage ventures, and incentivizing leading firms to acquire and integrate innovative resources.
