Under the theme of "People, Progress, Planet," this summit, organized by India's Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, boasts an unprecedented scale. India has announced that leaders from nations such as France and Brazil will be in attendance, and technology luminaries like Sundar Pichai, CEO of Google; Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI; and Brad Smith, President of Microsoft, are also anticipated to join. Indian Prime Minister Modi is scheduled to deliver a keynote address at the summit on the 19th. Ashwini Vaishnaw, India's Minister of Electronics and Information Technology, emphasized that the summit has a well-defined objective: to advance AI in a manner that fosters human development, inclusive growth, and a sustainable future.
