Presided over by Li Qiang, the session underscored the importance of adhering to the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the strategic plans of the Party Central Committee, aiming to drive forward the development of artificial intelligence (AI) and foster new, high-quality productive forces. During the meeting, Zhou Bowen, Director of the Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, offered detailed explanations. Li Qiang highlighted that artificial intelligence is significantly transforming human production and lifestyle, and the 'AI Plus' initiative presents vast potential. He proposed that it is crucial to seize the development trend, promote breakthroughs across the entire technology chain, and implement full-scenario applications. This includes continuously strengthening the technological foundation, advancing large-scale commercial applications, nurturing an industrial ecosystem, fostering open cooperation, and coordinating development with security.
