Tesla has recently been hit by a spate of executive departures. Among them is Raj Rajkumar, a seasoned professional with 13 years of service at Tesla and the Vice President of AI Infrastructure, who has announced his resignation. Concurrently, several pivotal members of Musk's xAI venture have also bid farewell, including two of its co-founders.

During his tenure at Tesla, Rajkumar was instrumental in designing, constructing, and overseeing the operations of the world's largest AI cluster. Last year, he further expanded his responsibilities by assuming the position of head of North American sales. Nevertheless, under his leadership, Tesla's sales performance in the U.S. market was lackluster, witnessing a 7% year-on-year decline for the entire year.

The exodus of several key figures from xAI may be intricately linked to Musk's latest capital strategy (or alternatively, "capital moves" or "capital arrangements," depending on the context's precision requirements). Earlier, Musk revealed that SpaceX had acquired xAI, a strategic move that could potentially impact the option values held by xAI's core team members.
