On February 11, NetEase Youdao proudly announced the official launch of its desktop-based, all-scenario personal assistant agent, named 'LobsterAI' (known as Youdao Longxia in Chinese), which is designed to function as a personal assistant available around the clock. The official website has now opened applications for beta testing. This innovative product boasts an intuitive graphical user interface (GUI) and encompasses a wide range of functionalities, including information retrieval, schedule organization, and comprehensive data analysis. Following user authorization via conversation, LobsterAI is capable of autonomously carrying out intricate tasks on the local computer and presenting the outcomes. At present, LobsterAI has successfully bridged the gap between mobile and PC platforms, enabling users to interact remotely through mobile applications like DingTalk and Feishu.
