On this Thursday, Spain played host to the third summit centered around the 'Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Military Domain'. Approximately one-third of the countries in attendance expressed their willingness to be part of a joint statement aimed at governing the utilization of AI technology in military conflicts. However, notably absent from the list of signatories were both China and the US.
