On February 6, the Information Office of the Guangdong Provincial People's Government organized a press conference centered on the "Accomplishments of Guangdong during the 14th Five-Year Plan Era". During the conference, Zhu Wei, the Deputy Director of the Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission, revealed that by 2025, the province's integrated circuit production is anticipated to surge to 94.24 billion units, marking a substantial 152% increase compared to 2020. Moreover, the core industrial scale of artificial intelligence is forecasted to expand to 300 billion yuan. Additionally, the output of civilian drones is expected to witness a 39% year-on-year growth, constituting more than 90% of the national total output.
