On January 7th, reports emerged indicating that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology had recently unveiled the Action Plan for the Integrated Empowerment of Industrial Internet and Artificial Intelligence. This plan places a strong emphasis on expediting technological product innovation. It actively encourages collaborative efforts among enterprises specializing in artificial intelligence, industrial internet, and industrial control. The collective aim is to drive intelligent upgrades across various domains, including industrial communication chips, sensors, terminals, control systems, and to progressively broaden the utilization of humanoid robots.
Furthermore, the plan harnesses the power of artificial intelligence to refine the development of industrial software. This involves enhancing capabilities for proactive optimization and assisted generation, while simultaneously reducing development costs and eliminating barriers. In addition, the plan outlines the development of versatile tools, such as intelligent production scheduling management and self-optimizing process parameters. It also champions the integration of artificial intelligence into technological innovations in cybersecurity.
To facilitate seamless integration, the plan underscores the importance of enhancing the compatibility between the standard systems of industrial internet and artificial intelligence. This includes refining the integrated architecture and bolstering the promotion and application of standards.
