The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) has unveiled the "Action Plan for the Integrated Empowerment of Industrial Internet and Artificial Intelligence," which puts forward the necessity to bolster the cultivation of pivotal enterprises. It advocates for collaborative efforts among industrial enterprises, industrial internet firms, industrial software developers, and AI companies to craft solutions endowed with intelligent system integration capabilities. Additionally, it urges leading enterprises to foster the emergence of industry-specific intelligent solution providers. Concurrently, the plan supports the shift of industrial internet solution providers towards more intelligent pathways, accelerates the nurturing of specialized service providers in domains such as industrial data and industrial models, and aims to cultivate a cohort of pioneering private tech enterprises alongside high-caliber small and medium-sized enterprises.
