Tencent Hunyuan has proudly announced the release and open-sourcing of its translation model's latest iteration, version 1.5. This new offering encompasses two distinct models: Tencent-HY-MT1.5-1.8B and Tencent-HY-MT1.5-7B. Both models boast robust translation capabilities across 33 languages, encompassing not only mainstream languages but also 5 ethnic Chinese languages and dialects. Beyond widely spoken languages like Chinese, English, and Japanese, the models also cater to less prevalent ones, including Czech, Marathi, Estonian, and Icelandic. Presently, these models are accessible for download and utilization via the Tencent Hunyuan official website and open-source communities.
