It explicitly forbids the following actions:
- Firstly, the creation or dissemination of content that jeopardizes national security, honor, and interests, undermines national unity, advocates for illegal religious activities, or spreads false information to disrupt economic and social stability.
- Secondly, the generation or spread of content that promotes obscenity, gambling, violence, or incites criminal behavior.
- Thirdly, the production or dissemination of content that insults, defames others, or infringes upon their lawful rights and interests.
- Fourthly, the provision of services that make false promises, significantly influencing user behavior and damaging social interpersonal relationships.
- Fifthly, actions that harm users' physical well-being by encouraging, glorifying, or subtly suggesting suicide or self-harm, or that impair users' personality dignity and mental health through verbal abuse or emotional manipulation.
- Sixthly, the use of algorithm manipulation, misinformation, emotional traps, or other tactics to induce users into making unreasonable decisions.
- Seventhly, the induction or acquisition of confidential and sensitive user information.
- Eighthly, any other circumstances that contravene laws, regulations, and pertinent national stipulations.
