Tencent Cloud has announced that the ETC Assistant, powered by Tencent's cutting-edge Hunyuan Large Model, has introduced the industry's pioneering AI agent, dubbed the "Assistant Agent." This innovative agent is now accessible via the "ETC Assistant" Mini Program. Users can effortlessly conduct transactions through either voice commands or text inputs, encompassing tasks such as retrieving toll records and generating invoices. Since its beta release in April of this year, the agent has successfully catered to over a million users, boasting an impressive question-answering accuracy rate of 95% and a remarkable problem resolution rate of 90%.
