According to information gathered by 36Kr from Alibaba.com, the online export volume of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Chongqing on the platform has surged by 42% year-on-year since the start of this year. In a bid to bolster the development of the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor in Western China, Alibaba.com has recently inaugurated a specialized foreign trade zone known as the "Land-Sea International Station." This initiative aims to showcase the competitive industrial clusters in Western China to international clientele. Additionally, Alibaba.com has set up the inaugural cross-border e-commerce entrepreneurship incubation hub in Western China, located in Chongqing. In partnership with local authorities and educational bodies, this center is committed to delivering all-encompassing support for entrepreneurs engaged in foreign trade. This support encompasses AI-driven tools, expert business consultancy, and secure venue provisions.
