Google is persistently refining the new tab interface of its Chrome browser. At present, the layout of the new tab page in the Chrome Canary edition has achieved a stable state, with AI functionalities performing more reliably. The search box featured on this new tab page comes equipped with a versatile '+' menu, empowering users to incorporate images and other elements seamlessly for a holistic browsing experience.
The AI mode integrated into the desktop version of the browser now boasts context-aware capabilities, simplifying the execution of cross-tab tasks. On the Android platform, the Chrome Canary's address bar now includes a '+' button with a tab option, facilitating the addition of tabs to AI-driven queries. Moreover, when initiating the AI mode via the search box on the new tab page, the address bar will promptly indicate 'AI Mode'.
