Silicon Valley-based humanoid robot startup Figure AI has revealed that its hiring rate is a mere 0.24%, significantly lower than that of Ivy League institutions such as Harvard. From its establishment in 2022 to 2025, Figure AI received a total of 176,000 job applications, with only 425 individuals being hired. The company's CEO, Brett Adcock, disclosed this data on the social platform X and commented that the quality of most submitted resumes was concerning.
