The report highlights that beginning in June 2025, the monthly count of new job vacancies in the emerging economy sector has surpassed the figures from the same period the previous year. This trend signals a resurgence in the recruitment market, with AI job openings witnessing explosive expansion. From January to October 2025, the number of newly listed AI job openings soared by 543% year-on-year, with an astonishing single-month surge exceeding 11 times in September. Throughout this timeframe, algorithm engineers and large-scale model algorithm specialists claimed the top two spots, respectively, in terms of the highest number of new job openings. Moreover, AI product managers, large-scale model algorithm experts, and robotics algorithm professionals emerged as the top three positions experiencing the most significant growth in new job opportunities.
