On December 10, Lens Technology unveiled a strategic initiative to acquire a 100% equity stake in PEIMEGAO INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. This move will indirectly grant Lens Technology a 95.11645% controlling interest in Yuanshi Technology (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. Through this acquisition, Lens Technology is set to acquire well-established technologies tailored for server cabinet businesses, catering to both domestic and international clients. These technologies encompass critical components like racks, slide rails, trays, and Busbars, along with the necessary customer certifications. Moreover, the deal will endow Lens Technology with comprehensive capabilities in liquid cooling systems.

Lens Technology emphasized that, in response to the burgeoning demand for computing power on a trillion-level scale, it has designated AI servers as a pivotal strategic focus. Leveraging its current success in mass-producing server chassis structural components, Lens Technology is now expediting its foray into adjacent sectors, including liquid cooling modules and solid-state drive (SSD) assembly.
