On November 27, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) unveiled its list of 2026 Fellows. Among the selected scholars are several from Chinese universities, including Professor Peng Yuxin of Peking University and Professor Niu Jianwei of Beihang University. The title of IEEE Fellow represents the highest level of membership within the organization. It is bestowed upon members who have demonstrated exceptional contributions to the field of engineering science and technology. Each year, no more than 0.1% of the total IEEE membership is honored with this prestigious title.
