Nvidia is on the verge of a major lobbying victory. The U.S. Congress has not included the 'GAIN AI Act' (National Artificial Intelligence Guaranteed Access and Innovation Act) in the annual defense policy bill, which was scheduled to be released on Friday. Previously, lawmakers had attempted to incorporate it into the defense bill, but according to sources familiar with the matter, the act has not been included at present, though the situation could still change. After meeting with Trump and some key lawmakers on Wednesday, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang stated that the congressional decision not to include the GAIN AI Act in the defense bill was a 'wise move.'
