The planning recommendations call for expediting the clustered growth of strategic emerging sectors such as new energy, advanced materials, aerospace, and the low-altitude economy. Meanwhile, they aim to propel future-oriented industries—including quantum technology, biomanufacturing, hydrogen and nuclear fusion energy, brain-computer interfaces, embodied intelligence, and sixth-generation mobile communications—into becoming new pillars of economic growth.
