Perplexity, an AI-driven search firm, has officially unveiled its AI browser, Comet, for the Android platform. Initially making its debut on desktop systems in July of this year, Comet is designed with AI at its core. The Android iteration of the browser maintains the key functionalities of its desktop counterpart: users have the option to designate Perplexity as their primary search engine, pose inquiries via assistants mentioned in tabs, utilize voice search capabilities, direct questions to all open tabs simultaneously, and receive concise summaries of their search results.
