Tailored specifically for elderly individuals who are more comfortable communicating in their native dialect, this application offers a comprehensive, dialect-based intelligent financial service throughout the entire user journey, effectively tackling the key hurdles in providing services in the Shanghai dialect. Guided by the principle of 'service through conversation,' the app is capable of executing high-frequency financial transactions while also incorporating non-financial features. Its technological foundation rests on Caiyue Xingchen's multimodal Caiyue large-scale model. The collaborative efforts of the three entities are anticipated to propel the Bank of Shanghai to the forefront in the utilization of large-scale financial models.
