On September 25, the 2025 JD Global Technology Explorers Conference took place in Beijing. During her address, Xu Ran, CEO of JD Group, presented JD's comprehensive AI ecosystem, which covers a full spectrum of capabilities spanning intelligent computing infrastructure, models, platforms, scenarios, and products. She demonstrated live how to order coffee for takeout using the digital human multi-functional assistant "TaTaIt (Him/Her/It)". By simply activating the assistant with a voice command and providing instructions, the system swiftly recommended products and processed the order placement and payment seamlessly. Xu Ran also put forward a formula for the value of artificial intelligence: AI Value = Model × Experience × (Industrial Depth)2, highlighting the significance of product experience and industrial application scenarios.
