At the 2025 Tencent Global Digital Ecosystem Summit, artificial intelligence (AI) took center stage as a pivotal topic. Tencent unreservedly shared its cutting-edge technologies and AI-related best practices, offering practical AI solutions via its cloud services.
Tang Daosheng, the Senior Executive Vice President of Tencent Group, underscored that the fundamental drivers for corporate growth are “leveraging intelligence to enhance industrial efficiency and expanding revenue streams through globalization.” Tencent has set its sights on constructing two powerful growth engines: “intelligence” and “globalization.”
On the intelligence front, Tencent Cloud unveiled its Intelligent Agent Development Platform ADP 3.0 on a global scale, introducing the innovative Agent Runtime solution. The Hunyuan large-scale model underwent a series of iterative upgrades. Over 900 products have now integrated AI capabilities. Moreover, Tencent launched the Embodied Intelligence Open Platform Tairos.
In terms of globalization, Tencent Cloud's international business maintained its upward trajectory, with enhancements made to the international versions of its core products. The company also revealed plans to establish a data center in Saudi Arabia's Middle East region and set up a new data center along with an office in Osaka, Japan. Furthermore, Tencent has fully adapted its services to domestic mainstream chips, providing robust computational support for the widespread implementation of AI.
