Recently, Shengshu Technology, a burgeoning startup in the multimodal domain, successfully closed a Series A financing round, raising hundreds of millions of yuan. This funding round was spearheaded by Bohua Capital, with ongoing support from existing investors including Baidu Strategic Investment, Beijing AI Industry Investment Fund, Qiming Venture Partners, Datai Capital, Zhuoyuan Asia, BV Baidu Ventures, among others. Additionally, industry collaborators such as Jianfa Emerging Investments also participated in this round. Established in March 2023, Shengshu Technology is dedicated to the research and development of multimodal large-scale models and their practical applications. Its flagship product, Vidu, excels in AI-driven image, video, and audio generation, finding extensive use across diverse sectors such as the internet, advertising, and e-commerce.
