On September 16, Lumiao Technology made an announcement that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ningbo Junwu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., had recently inked a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with a prominent domestic cross-border e-commerce enterprise and Shanghai Kepler Robotics Co., Ltd.
As per the terms of the agreement, Ningbo Junwu is set to introduce embodied AI home service robots. To achieve this, it will acquire embodied AI models and hardware modules from Kepler. These components will empower the robots with VLA (Vision-Language-Action) autonomous mobility and Agent visual-language interaction functionalities.
Such features will facilitate seamless and natural communication, along with closed-loop command execution in home environments. Moreover, the incorporation of additional embodied hardware modules will open up a wider array of application opportunities.
