Luksmile Technology has made public that its majority-owned subsidiary, Ningbo Junwu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., has entered into a strategic partnership with Shanghai Kepler Robotics Co., Ltd., along with a premier domestic cross-border e-commerce firm. Kepler Robotics stands out as a specialist in the research, development, production, and application ecosystem of versatile humanoid robots. It is recognized as a high-tech innovator in the realm of AI embodied intelligence.

The collaboration spans several key areas, including AI embodied intelligence technology R&D, market penetration in the U.S. and European regions, collaborative R&D endeavors, and co-branding initiatives. Ningbo Junwu plans to acquire Kepler's embodied AI models and hardware modules, empowering robots with VLA (Vision-Language-Action) autonomous mobility and Agent visual-language interaction capabilities. This will facilitate seamless, natural communication and closed-loop command execution within domestic settings.

Through this strategic alliance, the trio aims to propel household embodied AI service robots into the U.S. and European markets, with a lofty goal of achieving cumulative sales of not less than 1 million units from 2026 to 2028.
