Among them, there is a severe shortage of talent related to 'algorithms,' with 'search algorithm' professionals being particularly in high demand, with 5 positions competing for 2 candidates. The number of non-technical positions has increased by 7.7 times year-on-year. The battle for AI talent has extended to campus recruitment, with over half of the fresh graduate positions on the Maimai platform offering monthly salaries exceeding 50,000 yuan.
