Based on information from the Suzhou Artificial Intelligence Industry Association, during the 2025 Suzhou AI+ Industrial Innovation Conference, Suzhou unveiled an official action plan aimed at expediting the development of an 'AI+' city. Alongside this, three sets of group standards for evaluation guidelines were also introduced. The action plan clearly outlines that, by the end of 2026, Suzhou is expected to attract more than 3,000 AI enterprises. Moreover, the core scale of its intelligent economy industry is projected to expand at an average annual rate exceeding 20%. The plan will incentivize companies to engage in the creation of both international and national standards, while also establishing a standardized operational framework in key domains such as high-caliber datasets, intrinsically intelligent enterprises, and innovative platform carriers. Concurrently, substantial strides are anticipated in the establishment of pilot bases for AI industry applications.
