The goal is to slash the application expenses of AI-specific technologies for toy enterprises. Moreover, the plan backs leading companies in setting up open AI development platforms to cater to businesses throughout the industrial supply chain. Beyond that, it motivates eligible cities to offer assistance to enterprises and platforms that leverage intelligent computing power for training AI toy large models and covering computing power costs.
