The 2025 HarmonyOS Application Developer Incentive Program has now been formally unveiled, boasting a total prize pool that surpasses 100 million yuan. This program is accessible to all developers working on HarmonyOS, encompassing individual developers, enterprises, and development service providers alike. To qualify for the incentives, developers are required to finish the development of HarmonyOS applications, games, or meta-services and have them listed on the Huawei App Market within the timeframe from July 23 to December 31, 2025. Once they fulfill these requirements, they become eligible to receive cash rewards, with each developer being able to earn a maximum cumulative amount of up to 6 million yuan. In the meantime, Alibaba's AI programming tool, Qoder, has made its official move by launching a paid subscription plan.
