The overarching goal is to pioneer a new paradigm of employment services that is efficient, intelligent, and trustworthy in the era of AI.

Presently, Alipay's employment platform has integrated AI matching capabilities across 12 million job listings. Moreover, 150,000 job positions now support AI-powered online interviews, marking a significant leap forward in the digitalization of the recruitment process.
