In the realm of AI servers, the company boasts successful mass production of 28-layer AI server circuit boards, 24-layer ultra-low-loss server circuit boards, and 5G communication PCBs. Furthermore, Shiyun Circuit has ventured into the realm of high-speed connector modules and power supply modules for NV through ODM manufacturers, achieving full product line certification from AMD and supplying to major European computing center customers. Looking ahead, the company anticipates providing new products to humanoid robot customer F in the first half of 2025 and is actively fostering collaborations with leading domestic humanoid robot clients, having already secured a dedicated project for a new generation of humanoid robots.
