On Thursday, Hyundai Motor Company of Korea and General Motors (GM) of the United States jointly announced their strategic collaboration to develop five new models specifically designed for the American market. The lineup comprises four vehicles aimed at the Central and South American regions: a compact SUV, a compact sedan, a compact pickup truck, and a mid-size pickup truck. Additionally, an electric commercial van is being targeted for the North American market, with plans to commence production in the United States as soon as 2028.
