Tata Motors and Iveco have entered into an agreement to create a commercial vehicle powerhouse with an anticipated annual sales volume exceeding 540,000 vehicles. Under the terms of the deal, Tata Motors will acquire Iveco for approximately €3.8 billion, excluding its defense business segment. The acquisition is projected to finalize in the first half of 2026, whereas the divestiture of Iveco's defense business is anticipated to occur in the first quarter of next year, no later than March 31, 2026.
