Notably, Li Auto has updated its payment terms to 60 days for its suppliers, according to reliable sources. Li Auto affirmed that the company finalized these adjustments for all direct suppliers in mid-July, establishing a contractual payment period of 60 days with unified payments twice monthly. These payments are primarily conducted via telegraphic transfer, with a minor portion utilizing bank acceptances. Some suppliers have confirmed the change, noting that Li Auto now offers direct cash payments within 60 days without the use of acceptances.
