Li Auto has recently undergone an internal reorganization within its "System and Computing Group," one of the company's three core groups alongside the Smart Vehicle Group and the Organization and Finance Group. These groups are overseen by CTO Xie Yan. The restructuring particularly affects departments involved in the development of proprietary operating systems, chips, cloud computing, and foundational models.
Specifically, Long Kaiwen's previous system operations department has been divided and realigned. The "Smart Cloud" department, previously managed by Shen Rong, has been separated, with Long Kaiwen now heading the newly created "Computing Power Resources" department. Meanwhile, the remaining Smart Cloud department has merged with the Enterprise Systems department to form a new "Enterprise Intelligence" department, led by Shen Rong.
