Outbound self-drive orders are also projected to surge, potentially reaching an increase of up to 60%. This summer, the millennial and Generation Z demographics have emerged as the primary drivers behind this rental boom, comprising almost 70% of total orders. Notably, orders from the post-2000 generation have risen by 70% compared to the previous year, while those from the post-2005 generation have seen an astonishing 230% surge. Furthermore, there is a significant demand for medium and long-distance self-drive travel, with order volumes increasing by 48% year-on-year. Additionally, there has been a marked increase in the acceptance of new energy vehicle models, with pure electric car orders expected to skyrocket by 148%.
